2. Hauptfunktion
Für Raltitrexed ist ein Thymus-Synthetase-Inhibitor, ist ein Chinazolin-Folat-Analoga. Im Körper, für raltitrexed Aufnahme durch Zellen aktive radikalische Polymerisation durch Folsäure Metabolismus der Glutamat-Synthase bald nach als eine Reihe von Polyglutaminsäure, Bireh für Raltitrexed hat mehr dieser Metaboliten hemmen Thymus-Synthetase, so hemmt Zell-DNA-Synthese und Retention in Zellen, Langzeit-Hemmwirkung. Bei der Behandlung von Darmkrebs, Effekte und Fluorouracil ist ähnlich, aber für raltitrexed niedrige Inzidenz von Nebenwirkungen verwendet, ist die Methode einfach, leicht von Patienten akzeptiert.
